You can return a product within 30 days of purchase, only if it is completely unused and in its original packaging.

Used items, including used cat litter, are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Email us at contact@purrmax.com with your order number and we will reply with the next steps.

Once your return is received and checked, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
